As the founder of Rhodes Creek Health & Wellness, a telehealth-based primary care and wellness practice, she is dedicated to redefining accessibility and patient trust through personalized, evidence-based virtual care.

Dawn’s professional journey includes serving in high-acuity environments such as North Kansas City Hospital and Meritas Health, where she honed her clinical judgment, leadership, and patient advocacy skills.
